1 10 oz can enchalada sauce
|

1 10 oz can water
|
|
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
|

1 lb ground beef
|

1 large onion, chopped
|

2 cloves garlic, chopped
|

1 4 1/4 oz can chopped ripe olives
|
|
1/2 tsp salt
|
|
6 tortillas
|
|

1/2 lb grated colby cheese

Instructions |

|
Heat sauce, water, and tomato sauce in saucepan.
|
|
|
Brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Add olives, salt, and 1/2 cup of heated sauces.
|
|
|
Dip tortillas into sauce. Layer in casserole with meat mixture and cheese. Pour on remaining sauce. Top with cheese.
|
|
|
Cover and Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
