Ingredients
8 sheets of dry seaweed (called Kim)
2 cups of white sticky rice (called bap)
4 eggs
rectangular ham or korean sausage (sausage made specially for kimbap)
yellow pickled radisch (called dahn-moo-jih)
spinach
crabmeat (kimbap length)
sesame oil
salt
 
bamboo rolling mat
Ingredients may be purchased at Korean grocery stores such as Grand Mart, Lotte Plaza or Super H Mar

Instructions
Add sesame oil and salt to steamed rice and mix it well
Prepare all other ingredients separately- - eggs (crack 2 eggs at a time into bowl and add salt. Batter, fry and cut it into kimbap length strips - cut ham or sausage into kimbap length strips and fry - cut yellow pickled radish into kimbap lenth strips - cook spinach and mix it with sesame oil and salt (sesame seeds optional) - fry crabmeat
Get ready to roll- - spread a sheet of kim onto the bamboo mat - spread rice on the kim - put all ingredients on top of rice - roll - cut into bite sized pieces
Once you try this, you can make different varieties of kimbap by putting tuna, kimchi, cheese or anything else you would like.
Serving Suggestions
This dish is recommended as a picnic food as it's a great finger food.
