Add sesame oil and salt to steamed rice and mix it well
|

Prepare all other ingredients separately-
- eggs (crack 2 eggs at a time into bowl and add salt. Batter, fry and cut it into kimbap length strips
- cut ham or sausage into kimbap length strips and fry
- cut yellow pickled radish into kimbap lenth strips
- cook spinach and mix it with sesame oil and salt (sesame seeds optional)
- fry crabmeat

Get ready to roll-
- spread a sheet of kim onto the bamboo mat
- spread rice on the kim
- put all ingredients on top of rice
- roll
- cut into bite sized pieces

Once you try this, you can make different varieties of kimbap by putting tuna, kimchi, cheese or anything else you would like.
