Mix the cheeses together with 2 packages of the cream cheese.
Mix 1 package of the cream cheese with sour cream and milk. Spread this mixture in teh bottom of a foil lined pan. Add chopped pecans.
Spoon cheese mixture on top. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2-3 days.
Turn out on platter and top with chopped parsley.
Surround with sliced apples or crackers.
