Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper.
Arrange in 9 x 13 ungreased pan. Squeeze some lemon
over fish, then tomato slices.
Saute onion in oil til tender, add garlic and cook 1 min
more.
Sprinkle over fish and add more lemon. Sprinkle with
parsley.
Bake uncovered 15-20 min until flaky. Serve with more
lemon.
