     Chicken Cacciatore

Ingredients
1 1/2 c marina sauce
1/2 c thinly sliced onions
1/4 c tomato paste
1/4 c red or white wine
1/2 t each dried rosemary and kosher salt
8 small chicken thighs, skin removed
8 oz mushrooms, halved or quartered
artichokes, frozen or canned
italian parsley or basil (optional)
 

Instructions
Mix all and coat chicken and mushrooms. Cover and cook 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hrs on high then 5-8 hrs on low til tender. or in heavy pan over the stove or in oven. Can make it alcohol free by substituting 1 T red wine vinegar at the end. 350 --45 min. 160 degrees chicken done
