2 Tbsp chili powder (or up to 4 Tbsp if you like it really hot)
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp dried hot red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp sugar
Instructions
In a large pot, brown the turkey meat with the chopped onions and a bit of olive oil. Add green peppers, stir until cooked. Add the garlic, chili powder, cumin, red pepper flakes and oregano, and more olive oil if needed, stir. Add chicken stock, tomatoes, beans and corn. Add pepper and salt, along with sugar. Stir, and simmer for 45 minut
Shredded cheese, sour cream, and cilantro to garnish.
