Ingredients
1 1/2 lb.s. ground beef
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. milk
salt
pepper
 
Instructions
Mix ingredients. Spread in a 9x13 pan. Cook uncovered in 350 degree oven until done (about 1 hr.).
Last 15 minutes, add ketchup to top.
