Cut shortening into flour and salt. Mix in 1 tbsp at a time of cold water until all flour is moist and pastry cleans side of bowl. Form ball. Roll it out and place into pie pan. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Stir in blueberries. Turn into pastry lined pie plate. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter. Cover eith top crust, seal and flute. Bake for about 25-35 minutes or until crust is brown.
