     Really moist corn bread

2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
1 (16 oz) can cream corn
1 small carton (1 cup) sour cream
3 eggs
1/2 cup oil ( I use olive oil)
1/4 cup maple syrup
Honey, butter, and maple syrup for topping

Beat eggs, oil and syrup together
Mix in other ingredients and then place in grease 9x13 pan
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes
When corn bread comes out of the oven put the honey, butter, syrup mixture ontop to melt....It taste like dessert!!
