     Oatmeal Toll House cookies

Ingredients
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup shortning
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
 
2 cups quick oats
1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Pre-heat oven 375
Cream sugars and shortning
Add eggs and vanilla
Combine dry ingredients and then add to cream mixture Add chocolate chips and oatmeal Bake for 8-10 minutes
