     Sweet Honey Bread

Ingredients
1 cup warm water (110 degrees)
1 tbsp yeast
4 1/2 - 5 cups flour
1 egg
2 tsp salt
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup honey
 

Instructions
Dissolve yeast in water, stir in 2 cups of the flour, egg, salt, butter, and honey. Add in 2 more cups of flour. Mix in enough of the remaining flour until soft dough forms. Knead dough over lightly floured surface for 5-10 minutes. Place dough in greased bowl, grease top of dough, cober and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
Uncover and punch down dough. Roll out 1/2 of the dough, until in a footlong rope shape. Repeat for the rest of the dough. Place on baking stone and twist dough halves together and pinch ends. Let rise for 1 hour.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
