     Crab Pie

Ingredients
1 lb crab meat
4 Tbsp flour
2 unbaked pie shells
2 eggs, beaten well
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup milk
1/2 cup thinly sliced green onions
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle the flour over the crabmeat and set aside. Bake pie crusts for 7 minutes (if frozen, use package heating instructions). Mix eggs, mayo, milk, onions, crabmeat and cheeses. Pour into pie shells and bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
Note - ovens vary, but this has taken much longer than recipes says, so watch baking process carefully and look to bake until the middle is set.
Can freeze for up to 5 months.
