Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds shredded brussel sprouts
4 to 6 slice of bacon sauted and crumbled set aside
reserve 2T bacon fat
Saute brussel sprouts in bacon fat 7 to 8 min
salt & pepper as you stir
add lemon juice and fresh parmesan
add reserved baon
serve hot
