     Tangerine Salsa

Ingredients
3 tangerines, peeled, sectioned and chopped (about 1 cup)
1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped (1/4 cup)
1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped (1/4 cup)
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon seeded and chopped jalapeno (I omit this)
1/2 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
 
tortilla chips

Instructions
In a small bowl combine all ingredients, except the chips.
Cover and chill 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve at room temperature with tortilla chips.

Serves 6
