Another variation of glaze is- 1 c orange juice, 1/2 cup lemon juice,
1/4 c water. Mix well. Thicken with 1/2 c sugar, 3 Tbs cornstarch and salt.
Cook til thickens, cool, then spread over fruit.
Instructions
Mix melted margarine, 3/4 cup sugar, egg, baking powder, flour, salt and 1 tsp Vanilla. Spread this mix out on a pizza pan and bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
Cream together cream cheese, 1/2 cup Sugar, and 1 tsp. Vanilla and put on cooled crust.
Arrange sliced fruit on top of cream cheese layer. Possibilities- Kewi, bananas, peaches, berries, seedless grapes, etc.
To make Glaze mix together fruit juice, corn starch, sugar and lemon juice. Boil on stove top to thicken. Spread glaze over fruit and chill before serving.
