Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.
Place the walnuts, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a food processor. Pulse until well blended and fine, about a minute. Add the melted butter, honey and water and mix until fully combined.
Use a spatula to smear the dough on the wax paper. Create a rectangle that is 8 by 11 inches.
Bake for 12 minutes, or until browned.
Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.If you’re in a hurry then pick up the wax paper and placeon a cutting board then put it in the freezer. After 5 minutes remove from freezer and cut into bars.
