In a bowl, toss together 1-1/2 cups cheese and remaining ingredients except pizza dough. Roll out dough onto a lightly greased baking sheet. Spread cheese mixture onto dough to within 1/2 inch of the edge. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 18 to 22 minutes, until golden. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
