Clean chipset dry,rub w/olive oil,salt,and pepper. Bake at 400
degrees for 45 minutes. Let chix cool until pull and dice. While
this is cooling. Dice onion,carrots and garlic cook over med heat
until soft. Stir in chilies,chili powder,cayenne and oregeno. Cook
2-3 minutes.mash 1-1/2 cans beans add all beans to pot,add
chix both cover and simmer. Stir in chix and cheese until
melted.
