Pan fry the beef, set aside. In tha same pan, fry the onions, leek & garlic until soft. Add butter and flour. After a few minutes, add a cup of stock and bay leave. Add the beef and cook further. Put in the oven pan.
Make mash potatoes.spread over beef, and sprinkle with cheese. bake.
