Combine flour, mustard, salt and garlic powder in shallow bowl.

|
Coat pork chops in mixture; set aside any remaining mixture.
|
|
|
In skillet, brown pork chops in oil; drain.
|
|
|
Stir together broth and remaining flour mixture in slow cooker; add
pork chops. Cover and cook on high setting for 2 1/2 hours.
