     Capellini in Bianco {Angel Hair Pasta in White Sau

1 pound capellini pasta
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
3/4 cup swiss cheese grated

Place a large pot of generously salted water onto boil. When boiling add pasta and cook until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water in case needed.
WHEN the pasta goes into the water heat a sauce pan over medium heat. Add butter reduce heat to medium-low. Melt butter. Add cream. Whisk to combine. Add cheese. Place drained pasta on top and toss to combine. If mixture is too thick add a little of the reserved pasta water. Season with salt/pepper. Serve immediately.
