Bettie doesn't remember the sauce as much so you may want to use your imagination.
Instructions
Saute Onions in Butter until tender.
Mix the sauted onions in a bowl with ground beef, rice, egg and seasoning.
Shape mixture into medium sized balls.
Pour water and sauce in skillet, bring to a boil, add meatballs and return to a boil. Reduce heat to low, COVER, Simmer 15 minutes or until meatballs are cooked. Serve with rice or noodles.
