Cook Penne noodles according to instructions. Meanwhile, In saucepan
warm up Alfredo Sauce, with optional Romano cheese and spices to taste.
Set aside on warming plate.
In medium sized fry pan saute in hot olive oil the mushrooms, green
onions, garlic, and sun dried tomatoes. Add chicken at about the end of
saute to warm the chicken. When done, remove from pan, set aside so you
can cook raw shrimp to half done in either a bit of olive oil or sun
dried tomato oil.
Add all ingredients back to fry pan. Heat through.
Serve penne noodle adding meat mixture and then alfredo sauce on top.

Timing takes a little practice. You do not want to dry out the chicken or over cook the shrimp. Mushy noodles are crappy, too.
