     Night Before Eggs

Ingredients
1 dozen eggs, beaten with a little cream, and soft srambled
1 lb bacon or sausage meat, cooked, dranied, crumbled
1 cup sour cream
grated cheese
 

Instructions
Buttered glass pan, 9X13 or a little smaller. Layer the barely cooked eggs, crumbled bacon or sausage, spread with sour cream and sprinkle with grated cheese - at least 1 cup. Cover with plastic srap and regrigerate. in the a.m. - 375 degree oven 15-20 min. Turn on the broiler for a moment or two if top isn't brown enough. That's it!
