     Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1.5 c of frozen berries
.5 cups of crushed ice
.5 c of favorite fresh fruit
1 c of plain greek yogurt
2 TB of agave nector or honey
.25 c of rice milk
.75 c of orange juice (can sub. apple or cranberry)
 

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a smoothie and blend. Can pour two large glasses of the smoothie or freeze one for later.
