     Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Rolls

2 pkg dry yeast
1 cup warm water
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp sugar
2/3 cup butter
2 tsp salt
2 eggs slightly beaten
7 cups of flour
1 cup warm milk
1 cup melted butter
1 3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp
1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts
1 1/2 cups raisins

-Topping- 1 cup butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup karo syrup
In a cup, combine yeast, warm water, and 1 tsp sugar sugar. Stir, set aside. In a large bowl, mix mild, sugar, butter, salt, eggs. Add yeast mixture. Add half th flour and beat until smooth. Stir in enough of the remaining flour until dough is stiff. Turn out onto a well floured board. Knead for 10 min. Place in plastic bowl and cover. Let dough rise in warm place until double in size. This may take 1 1/2 hours. Punch down dough and let it rest for 5 min. Roll out on a floured surface into a 20 in rectangle pan.
-Filling- Spread dough with half cup butter. Mix together 1 1/2 cups sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over buttered dough. Sprinkle with walnuts and raisins. Roll up and pinch edge together to seal. Coat bottom of a 13 X 9 inch baking pan and an 8 inch square pan with remaining 1/2 cup melted butter. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup sugar. Place cinnamon roll slices close together in pans. Let rise in a warm place until dough is doubled in size (for around 45 minutes)
-Topping- In a sauce pan, place all ingredients except for pecans. Melt these ingredients on range top. Mix in pecans and then pour over the top of rolls. Peheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes or until done. Let cool
