     Rod's Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
1 cup wesson oil
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tsp vinegar
3 cup flour
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp baking soda
2 cup cold water
2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
 
9 X 13 in metal pan
oven temp 350

Instructions
Grease pan with shortening and then dust pan with flour. Sift all dry ingredients into mixing bowl and add wet ingredients. Mix completely, careful to not over mix. Bake cake and use a cake tester or toothpick to put into the center of the cake. Cake is done when edges pull away from sides and toothpick comes out clean. Cool and serve
