2 lbs. tomatoes, chopped (about 3 cups), can be canned
|
| |
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
|
| |
1/2 c. chopped basil
|
| |
1/4 c. Kraft Sundried Tomato Vinagrette Dressing
|

1 pkg. (16 oz.) linguine or fettucine
|
| |
1/2 toasted pine nuts (optional)

Instructions |

Boil pasta and drain.
|
|
|
|
In separate pan bring basil, tomatoes and dressing to a boil. Then simmer.

|
The last couple of minutes before serving, cube cream cheese and add to pan.
|
|
|
|
Pour sauce over pasta.
|
