     Garlic Bread

Ingredients
1 loaf of French Bread (baguette works)
1 Bulb of Fresh Garlic
3/4 cup Real Mayo
2 – 3 green Onions
1 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella (Italian blend works)
6-8 Tbls. Butter
 

Instructions
Cut bread into ˝ or so slices, Peel and mince the garlic fine, Chop Green onions fine, the greens and all.
Melt butter in pan and sauté garlic until tender. Dip bread in pan of garlic butter and toast lightly on 1 side only.
Mix together the green onions, cheese and mayo. Spread on the side of bread that is toasted. When done with each piece, place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees until cheese is bubbly.
