     Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients
2 lbs. of Sweet Potatoes
1 C. Sugar
3/4 stick Margarine
1 C. milk
2 eggs
1/2 t. cinnamon
1/4 t. nutmeg
Topping-
 
3/4 stick butter
3/4 C. crushed Corn Flakes
1/2 C. Brown Sugar
1/2 to 1 C. chopped nuts
Instructions
Mash cooked sweet potatoes and add other ingredients. Pour into an 8x8 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes or until firm.
Mix Topping ingredients and put on top of first mixture. Bake an additional 15 minutes longer.
