     Date Pudding

Ingredients
Syrup-
1 1/2 C. White Sugar
1 1/2 C. Brown Sugar
2 1/3 C. Hot water
Butter - size of egg
Batter-
1 C. White Sugar
1 C. chopped nuts
 
1 C. chopped Dates
1 1/2 C. Flour
1/3 t. salt
2 t. Baking Powder
1 C. Milk of Cream

Instructions
Liquid- Boil 5 minutes. Pour in 9x13 pan.
Batter- Stir all dry ingredients. Add liquid. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon into hot liquid.
Bake at 250 for 20-25 minutes.
