     Baked Potatoes w/ Dips and Toppings

Ingredients
6 pieces medium potatoes
Dip- Garlic butter cream
1/2 c softned butter - 2 tsp garlic powder - 2 T fried garlic
 

Instructions
Boil potatoes in a pot of salted water for 15 minutes. Drain water and pat dry. Brush the skin of each potato w/ vegie oil and arrange in a foil-lined aluminum pan. Make a deep C cut on top of each potato and put in a 400 F oven for 20 mins. Serve w/ dips and toppings.
Dips- sour cream, cheese spread or garlic butter Toppings- bacon bits, chives, melted cheese, garlic bits
Suggested combination- Sour cream - chives or bacon Garlic butter - bacon Cheese spread - bacon or garlic bits
