1/2 c softned butter - 2 tsp garlic powder - 2 T fried garlic
Instructions
Boil potatoes in a pot of salted water for 15 minutes. Drain water and pat dry. Brush the skin of each potato w/ vegie oil and arrange in a foil-lined aluminum pan. Make a deep C cut on top of each potato and put in a 400 F oven for 20 mins. Serve w/ dips and toppings.
