Blanch leaves in salted water until tender, drain water, and place in a food processor or blender. Add cream cheese, APC, peanuts and lemon juice. Process until well blended. Season. Keep in air tight container in a ref.
Heat pandesal and spread butter inside. Spread malungay pesto and toast a bit. Serve.
