2 1/2 T light colored miso paste (yellow or white)
2 T rice vinegar
2 T fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 clove garlic pressed or minced
1/4 tsp fresh ginger grated fine
1/4 c cilantro (I don't use)
fresh pepper
Instructions
In a small microwave bowl zap miso an honey about 15 seconds till easy to stir together. Place ingredients in food procesor except for pepper and cilantro. Process till smooth about 1 min.
Add pepper and cilantro and pulse several times.
