Once it has risen, take out of oven and punch down, kneeding it really well. Place back in oven, covering it and let it rise.
Once it has risen again, take out of oven, kneed and you are ready to fry.
Place in fryer with hot oil, pinch off dough, roll with hands and drop in oil. let it cook on one side then flip until both sides are brown, take out and drain on paper towels.
