Onions, diced
|
|
Green Bell Peppers, diced
|
|
New Potatoes, quartered
|
|
Goya Adobo Seasoning, to taste
|

Soy Sauce, to taste

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven to 400f. Line roasting pan with foil, with enough at sides
to make a pocket for chicken.
|
|
|
Stuff chicken with onions and bell peppers, place in foil pan, cover
with Adobo and soy sauce. Add potatoes and leftover onions and peppers.
|
|
|
Cover with foil, cook for one hour and thirty minutes covered. Uncover,
and cook until done, about another thirty minutes.
