     Choco-Peanut Toppers

Ingredients
-Cookies-
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup margarine or butter softened
1 3/4 cup all purpose or unbleached flour
2 tsp Vanilla
-Topping-
1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup margarine or butter softened
 
-Glaze-
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup powdered sugar
3-4 tbsp milk

Instructions
Heat oven to 325 degrees. In large bowl, beat sugar and 1 cup margarine until light and fluffy. Lightly spon flour into measuring cup; level off. Stir in flour and vanilla; mis well. Drow by teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten to 1/4 inch thickness with botton of glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Remove from cookie sheets.
In small bowl, beat brown sugar, peanut butter and 1/4 cup margarine until light and fluffy. Spread over warm cookies.
In small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate chips, stirring until smooth. Stir in powdered sugar and enough milk for desired sugar and enough milk for desired drizzling consistency. Drizzle over cookies. Allow glaze to set before storing cookies.
