Cook Cauliflower till done, and drain most of the water off but still keep part of it in the pan. Start putting slice's of cheese on the cauliflower to let it melt and then Start pouring in milk (I am sorry I can not tell you how much cause mom and I don't cook that way.)it is basically until you think you have enough. If you think you don't have enough cheese in it add some more. If you like it thick a little bit just bring to a boil and add a little bit of corn startch and stir till it is thick.
