     Pumpkin Pie (kosher)

Ingredients
2 c pumpkin
3 eggs, beaten
1 c mocha mix
3/4 c sugar
1/2 t salt
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t ginger
1/4 t nutmeg
 
Instructions
Beat egg whites til stiff. Add rest. Coat pie crust with some egg white. Bake 450 10 min then 325 45 min til knife comes out clean. Delicious
