     Martha Stewart's Mother's Meat Loaf

Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds ground beef
4 slices of bread processed to crumbs remove
To the processor add
2 onions
2 ribs celery
2 carrots
1/4 to 1/2 c freh parsely
2 to 3 loves garlic
Process till chopped fine
 
mix together the following
1 egg
2 tsp dry mustard
1 T salt
2 tsp black pepper
1/2 c ketchup

Instructions
Mix everything together gently with hands. Try not to over work as it will make it too dense.
Shape into a loaf on a tin foil lined baking sheet that has been sprayed with pam.
Bake at 375 for about an hour to hour and a half depending on how thik you made the loaf
Can be glazed with 2 T brown sugar 1/4 c ketchup and 2 tsp dry mustard
Serving Suggestions
Great with garlic mashed potatoes and green beans maybe a little cole slaw
