     Pineapple upside down cake

Ingredients
3 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 t. salt
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 1/2c. flour sifted
1 1/2 t. baking powder
 

Instructions
Sift dry ingredients
Add eggs, sugar, juice, beat well. Beat egg whites till stiff. Fold in. Put pineapple slices on bottom, drain. Melt 4 T butter and 1 c. brown sugar. Pour over pineapple. Add batter
Bake350 for 50 min.
