     Brunswick stew

Ingredients
1 whole chicken
2 quarts water
1T salt
1 1/2 c. ketsup, divided
1 t light brown sugar
1/2 t. dried mustard
1 1/2 t. grated ginger
2 slices lemon, 1 garlic clove minced
 
3/4 t. hot sauce
1 T marg., 3 T olive oil
1 T worcesteershire sauce
1 onion chopped
1/4 c. light brown sugar
2 28 oz can tomatoes
2 can cream corn 2 cans whole corn
1 T salt and pepper

Instructions
cook chicken, draim reserve liquid. remove skin and bones and then add chicken back to pot.
Cook 1/2 ketsup and 11 ingredients for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally
Stir ketsup mixture and remaining ingredients into chicken. Simmer, stirring often until mixture thickens.
