     Chinese Cabbage Salad

1 medium size bowl of shredded cabbage
2 T soy sauce
2 T oil
1 t sugar (add more if desired)
2 T vinegar
1/2 c sliced almonds
1/4 c sunflower seeds

Mix together and shake let the sugar dissolve. When ready to serve pour over cabbage and mix well.
This salad is best when eaten fresh. It will get soggy the next day. You can keep the shredded cabbage ready in the frig. Just put salad dressing on the amount you want to eat.
The salad dress. ing also keeps a long time. (Try some Dijon Mustard with the dressing it is good on any salad)
