     Butter Creole Injection for Deep Fried Turkey

Ingredients
2 Tbl fine Kosher salt (do not use regular salt)
2 tsp white pepper (black pepper will clog the injector)
2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 cup melted butter
 

Instructions
Melt butter slowly, add rest of ingredients and mix well.
Inject into your turkey concentrating on breast and thigh areas. Allow to sit one hour or more before deep frying.
