Fill a pot with water and put chicken in. Make sure
water is 2 inches higher than chicken.
Cover and bring to a boil. Cook for 15-20 min.

Pour chicken into colander and rinse with cool
water. Peel off skin and fat.

|
Pour bbq in plastic container. Coat the bottom. Put
chicken in and pour bbq over. Place each piece meat
side down. Cover container and put in fridge for the
day or overnight.

|
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pieces on greased
pan and bake for 40 minutes.
