     Homespun Meat Pie

1 lb Ground Beef
1 4 oz Can Mushrooms, drained
1 Egg
1/3 C Onion, chopped
1/4 C Dry Bread Crumbs
1 t Salt
Pepper, dash
2 C Potatoes, cooked & chopped
3 T Milk
1/2 lb Velveeta
1 T Parsley, chopped

Combine meat, mushrooms, egg, onion, bread crumbs & seasonings. Mix lightly, don't overhandle.
Press meat mixture onto bottom & up sides of a 9inch pie plate. Bake at 400 15 minutes
Mash Potatoes with Milk; stir in Velveeta, parsley & salt. Remove Meat Shell & reduce oven temp to 350. Drain Meat Shell, fill with Potato Mixture.
Return to oven & bake apprx 10 minutes longer.
