     Banana Butterscotch Drops

3 ripe medium bananas, mashed
1 box (18.25 ounce) yellow cake mix
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup butterscotch baking chips
Canola cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350 F. Line the cooking sheets with foil for easier cleanup. Spray cooking sheets with canola cooking spray.
Mash the bananas with a mixer on medium speed, mix the bananas for 1 minute. Add the cake mix and continue mixing for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, until all the ingredients are well blended.
With a wooden spoon stir in the oatmeal and butterscotch baking chips. Stir until well blended
With a measuring teaspoon, drop rounded teaspoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared cooking sheet. Bake for 14 to 15 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown.
