Preheat oven to 350° F. Line the cooking sheets with foil for easier cleanup. Spray cooking sheets with canola cooking spray.
Mash the bananas with a mixer on medium speed, mix the bananas for 1 minute. Add the cake mix and continue mixing for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, until all the ingredients are well blended.
With a wooden spoon stir in the oatmeal and butterscotch baking chips. Stir until well blended
With a measuring teaspoon, drop rounded teaspoonfuls of cookie dough onto the prepared cooking sheet. Bake for 14 to 15 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown.
