1 Tblsp plus 1 tsp sugar-free, strawberry-flavored gelatin
1 angel food cake (10 ounce), torn into bite-size pieces
1 can (21 ounce) cherry pie filling
Instructions
With a mixer combine the cream cheese, sour cream, marshmallow cream and gelatin powder on high speed until well mixed.
Spread half the cream cheese mixture on the bottom of a large glass bowl. Arrange half the torn cake pieces on top. Smooth half the pie filling over the cake.
Repeat the layering of the cream cheese mixture, cake pieces, and pie filling.
Chill. This recipe tastes best if prepared a few days ahead of time to give the creamy mixture time to absorb the Jell-O flavoring.
