Ingredients
3 cups sweet potatoes mashed (4 large)
2/3 cup white susgar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup butter melted ( 1 stick)
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
 
small marshmellows
Instructions
combine ingredients with mixer and pour into casserole dish. top with marshmellows - broil until brown
