Ingredients
2 cups fresh basil or hydrated sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 cup pine nuts or walnuts
2 tbsp garlice, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
 

Instructions
Add the basil, nuts and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until well blended. Slowly add olive oil while still mixing. When finished adding oil, add cheese and mix. Finish with salt and pepper.
